Armorique - crochet shawl

Armorique is a triangular shawl. It is worked from the center top, and "grows" out from there. The border is added at the end.

The pattern shows two different versions, in alpaca or mohair, to adapt the shawl to your own taste.

The pattern is illustrated by many step-by-step photos, which makes this a suitable project for beginners.

Armorique is designed by my friend EclatDuSoleil.

Yarn: You will need 500 - 550 m [550 - 600 yds] of yarn for Armorique. This yarn can be a fingering weight alpaca at approx. 360 m [395 yds] per 100 g [3.5 oz] or a light mohair blend at approx. 1000 m [1095 yds] per 100 g [3.5 oz]. In both cases, the suggested hook size is 3 mm [US D-3].
